Papagena is an elegant 44ft sailing catamaran, which is ideal if you want to get close to the best shallow reefs for snorkelling and diving. This stunning yacht is available to charter through Scuba Do Zanzibar and can be hired for multi-day liveaboard trips or single day excursions. Along with the sailing, you may also enjoy a lovely meal or picturesque sunset sail.
Papagena has four doube cabins, with en-suite facilities in the two forward cabins. This beautiful cruising yacht has all the facilities you may require. Her wide trampolines are the perfect spot for sunbathing or enjoying the evening breeze. Our experienced crew will attend to your every need. Papagena is spacious with many relaxation areas as well as indoor and outdoor dining areas.
Liveaboard destinations may include multi-day trips to Pemba Island, Mafia Island, or sailing around Zanzibar Island. Each of these trips are customer designed, based on your requirements. Please drop us an email to enquire about availability and pricing. We also offer half-day and full-day trips to the nearby islands and the trips are either private charter or shared boat excursions.
Half-Day Charter
Morning (0900-1300hrs) or Afternoon (1400-1800hrs) trips sailing and/or cruising on yacht Papagena from Kendwa to Tumbatu Island, we will anchor off Tumbatu Island where you can snorkel in warm shallow water and experience the reef surrounding the island.Sunset Sail
Evening (1600-1830hrs) sunset sail from Kendwa, cruising the warm blue Indian Ocean waters of the Zanzibar Channel whilst relaxing on the luxury catamaran Papagena and return to mooring just after the sunset.Full Day Package
Full day (0800-1900) excursion onboard Papagena out to nearby islands. Enroute you will have the option of snorkelling these rich shallow reefs and drop-offs, or go for a scuba dive if you are qualified.
